Through a variety of transformative sessions, Ashley leads her audiences on a path to center and balance.

Sessions are tailored to the specific needs of each unique audience whether that be stress management, education, post-partum care, or general wellness. Some or all of the following exercises may be included: Guided breathwork, gentle and restorative yoga flows, posture corrections, diaphragmatic breathing analysis, facial massage, and more.
Guided by faith, Ashley's path unfolded after surviving a harrowing fall down a cliffside, pushing her toward a career in Physical Therapy. Ashley's challenges continued with the birth of her "Irish twins," leading to Adrenal Fatigue and a profound healing journey through the discovery of breath.
