I am a dedicated physical therapist with over a decade of experience, and I specialize in helping women reduce stress and improve their well-being through holistic remedies. I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact that stress has on both the mind and body, which is why I teach women how to use natural techniques like breathwork, mindfulness, and nutrition to calm their nervous system, regain balance, and feel their best. My approach combines evidence-based physical therapy with holistic methods to help women thrive in their daily lives.

Doctorate of Physical Therapy

Graduated in 2012 from Missouri State University

Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT)

Post-graduate specialization in the field of orthopedic injuries using manual therapy techniques.

Heart Math Certified

Licensed professional able to help others experience greater mental and emotional balance, composure, and intuitive flow.

Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) + Pelvis Pro Certified

I am certified in PCES and Pelvis Pro, specializing in safe exercise during pregnancy and effective postpartum recovery. I help women address pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, SIJ and low back pain, and confidently return to a pain-free life, including return to strength training.

The challenges continued with the birth of my "Irish twins," leading to Adrenal Burnout and a profound healing journey through the discovery of breath and holistic living.

In over 12 years of physical therapy, I've witnessed the profound impact of correct breathing on healing. Now, through my in person events and online courses, I share this knowledge.
